SUNDAY 25thFEBRUARY
Sunday 25th at 11 am - so do come and join the group as we tidy up the Garden; keeping the Garden clear of litter makes such a difference to its appearance and it is a friendly community – not to say neighbourly – activity. GARDENS OPEN DAY is on MAY 5th
Last year, the Garden had a lot of visitors and they were really interested in its history and his importance to the area. We hope that even more people will discover our little green space. AND WE ARE STILL CHASING UP.................................
THE NEW BENCHES
Bryants have given 6 new benches to the Garden which are to be set in Caithness Stone. We haven't got an installation date yet. And - in February 2007 - we are still waiting ; *rumour now has it that the Council has had the money for the benches for 3 years now so where are they? STAND PIPE
The Council said it would investigate the installation of a stand-pipe in the Garden to facilitate watering of trees & shrubs when needed. and - in February 2007 we are still waiting for action. 2004
